This collaboration aims to enhance customer experience and streamline international trade processes through digitalization.
Through a host-to-host connection with DB Schenker’s internal booking engine, Emirates SkyCargo seeks to optimize the air freight booking process.
This integration provides agents direct access to Emirates SkyCargo’s schedules, Standard and Contract Tariff rates, available capacity, and extensive global network spanning over 140 destinations across six continents.
Initially launched in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, the connection will expand globally, facilitating trade with key markets such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, Germany, and the USA.
The service enables agents to book general cargo, with potential future enhancements to include other products from Emirates SkyCargo’s diverse portfolio.
